Poolar develops software for architecture, engineering and construction projects. As the company grew, so did its product portfolio, feature set and digital touchpoints. Over time, the website, web application and mobile app evolved independently, creating increasingly fragmented user experiences.
Together with Poolar, we developed the new brand and reimagined the user experience and digital platform to create a consistent experience across every touchpoint.
AN® led the naming, positioning, visual identity and website redesign to better express the company’s ambition: making complex project work simpler, clearer and more structured.

The Challenge
Poolar is a trusted name within the industry. Yet its digital presence no longer fully reflected the maturity, quality and capabilities of the platform.
The challenge was to establish the new Poolar brand, bring different product areas together and create clear orientation for both existing and future users. The goal was a digital experience that reduces complexity while communicating the platform’s strengths in a simple and accessible way.
Our Approach
The project was built around a simple belief: software should adapt to people, not the other way around.
Together, we created a consistent user experience connecting brand, website and product. We refined the positioning, restructured the information architecture and developed a digital design system that now serves as the foundation across all digital touchpoints.

Open Wonder ㄨ Poolar
Open Wonder unterstützte das Projekt bei der Entwicklung der Zielgruppen und Personas für die verschiedenen Anwendungsbereiche der Plattform.
Die AI-gestützte Ausarbeitung der Charaktere bildete die Grundlage für das Konzept der Zielgruppenführung innerhalb der Website. Dadurch konnten Inhalte, Funktionen und Anwendungsbeispiele gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse unterschiedlicher Nutzergruppen zugeschnitten werden.
Die entwickelten Charaktere machen die Poolar Anwendung greifbar und zeigen anhand konkreter Anwendungsszenarien, wie Poolar Menschen in ihrem Projektalltag unterstützt.
