Senior at AN® means influence over direction, not just execution. You help decide what we do, how we approach it, and what good looks like in the end.
What you'll do
- You own brand and website projects creatively — from concept to launch.
- You develop brand identities that work in product and on the website — not just in the guidelines PDF.
- You work closely with strategy, development, and clients. You're at the table early — not just when the brief is ready.
- You use AI deliberately — and know when a human eye gives the better answer.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in brand and web design — agency-side or in-house, ideally both.
- A clear aesthetic point of view and a portfolio that shows it.
- An uncompromising eye for detail — and the pragmatism to get things done.
- Technical understanding. You don't need to code, but you understand how websites are built and design accordingly.
- AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a view on when they help and when they don't.
- You work independently. You don't wait to be told — you see what needs doing and do it.
- Openness to new things — new tools, new formats, new ways of working.
- Fluent German — our clients and projects are German-speaking.
